HealthReach Community Clinic provides healthcare at no cost to residents of Mooresville, Troutman, and Mt. Mourne who have incomes of less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and have no healthcare insurance.
Our medical services include family-practice medical care, chronic disease care, and gastrointestinal specialty care. Our dental services include preventative and restorative care. Our pharmacy provices free prescription, non-narcotic drugs to patients in need. Additional services include health education and chiropractic care.
We are a community-based, volunteer-driven, non-profit charity with IRS 501(c)3 status, providing healthcare since 2002.
