HealthReach Community Clinic provides healthcare at no cost to residents of Mooresville, Troutman, and Mt. Mourne who have incomes of less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level and have no healthcare insurance.
Our medical services include acute medical care, care of chronic diseases, and specialty care. Our dental services include preventative and restorative care. Our pharmacy provices free prescription, non-narcotic medications to patients in need. Additional services include health education and chiropractic care.
We are a community-based, volunteer-driven, non-profit charity with IRS 501(c)3 status, providing healthcare since 2002.
