Mission Statement

We are here to serve our community by offering to people who have no other healthcare options access to medical, pharmaceutical, and other health-related services by either offering those services directly or providing avenues of access to thers who do.  Our purpose is to make a significant contribution to the healthcare of our friends and neighbors in need.

Our vision is to provide and sustain excellent care and preventive-care services on a daily basis, operating as an integral part of the Iredell community.  We will be caring, innovative and highly effective such that not only will we offer excellent care, but we will also become the volunteer opportunity of choice for our community.
