HealthReach Community Clinic provides healthcare at no cost to residents of Mooresville, Troutman, and Mt. Mourne who have incomes of less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level and have no healthcare insurance.
Our medical services include acute medical care, care of chronic diseases, and specialty care. Our pharmacy provices free prescription, non-narcotic medications to patients in need. Additional services include health education and chiropractic care.
We are a community-based, volunteer-driven, non-profit charity with IRS 501(c)3 status, providing healthcare since 2002.
